The Property:
The house is a large detached house with red-bricked exterior, garage.

FLUKE TiR 32 Thermal imager.
Moisture reading with Trotec moisture meter.
Details:
On entering the house the customer showed me into the utility room where she suspected there was a leak under the floor.
On my initial visual inspection, I noticed signs of damp rising on all walls in the utility room, as per the pictures
I then started with an acoustic survey to check if there was a leak in any of the pipes feeding the sink or the boiler which are located in the utility room.
The acoustic survey concluded there was a leak on the mains pipe feeding the utility room.
