Comments:
We have begun the survey in the downstairs hallway at the scene of the original leak. There were signs of excavation and repair to the copper mains pipe in the hall and into the hotpress.
We started with an acoustic test on all the pipework and the result of the test showed no signs of a leak.
We then took a thermal image of the area to check if there was still a leak or if there was just damp remaining.
The thermal image just showed an average temperature across the floor and no signs of any leaks and just damp remaining.
Conclusion:
Thermal image, acoustic survey, and a visual inspection have concluded there is no longer any leaks under the floor.
