Initial Observations: Property is a one-storey Social entertainment building in North Belfast
On walking into the property on my initial observation there was signs of water on the floor and damp and rotten units behind the bar.
Comment:
We have begun the survey with an inspection of the dishwasher, which was quite wet underneath. I removed the dishwasher for further inspection and water could be clearly seen dripping from it as in the first picture. The second shows the damp on the bar floor and units.
Comment: We then started an acoustic test on the domestic water to check for any leaks. There was no sign of leaks with the acoustic test.
Conclusions:
We have carried out a full leak detection survey at the property. An acoustic survey and observations have concluded to me that there is no leak from any of the domestic water or heating pipes.
All water damage has come from the dishwasher
