The house is a detached house in Carrowdore, County Down.
CLIENT ISSUE.
The client give us a call at B Keenan Plumbing & Heating when they started smelling damp in their bedroom and had no idea where it was coming from.
Using the latest technologies, we were able to quickly locate a leaking fitting under the floor boards that was causing the damp. Once located we were able to fix the issue with minimal disruption and the problem was resolved.
