THE PROPERTY.
The house is a detached house in Belmount, Belfast
CLIENT ISSUE.
We were called to the property by the client because of a loss of pressure in their heating system and the smell of damp.
They were confused about the cause of this, and had already had other plumbers out to try and discover the fault. We use only the latest technologies to save time and money to detect the leak quickly and without too much damage to floors or walls.
In this case there was a damaged pipe under the floor in the living room. This resulted in a significant loss in pressure throughout the heating system in the house.
Once detected we were able to fix the issue and heating in the home returned to normal.
